Phillip Ferrier

Phillip has been a student of music from a very young age. He began his musical career playing bass and guitar in Another Misprint, The Loose Ties (music below), and many other bands around Flint, Michigan. He studied media communications at the University of Michigan - Flint while running live sound for concerts/festivals, musical theater, on and around campus. After graduating, Phillip continued to play gigs and run sound for bands, events, and performances in Florida Keys and the New River Gorge region of West Virginia while bartending and facilitating outdoor programs and events.

He moved to Cimarron, New Mexico in 2019 with his partner Sherry. There he decided to draw on his experience in event/program planning, live sound, and bartending to create Elevation Sound & Events.
