To ensure no miscommunication and the best possible event, please read through the expectations laid out below regarding venue resources, payment, and other requirements. Failure of the event planner or venue to meet these expectations may result in additional fees. Any exceptions to these expectations must be agreed upon ahead of time in writing.
Reliable internet connection (wired or wireless) REQUIRED FOR ALL TRIVIA, KARAOKE, AND DJ SERVICES - preferred for live sound reinforcement and other services
At least two 15-20 amp dedicated and grounded electrical circuits with edison outlets within 25 feet of the performance area with reliable GFCI required for outdoor events
Minimum 12' x 8' x 10' level space with line of sight to most guests
Elevated stage preferred, but not required
If required, dance floors must be provided by venue and meet at state/local regulations
Off-stage storage location for cases and extra/backup equipment
Comped drinks/meals for staff are always appreciated, but not required
On-site parking for equipment transportation vehicles
Access to venue for 2 hours prior to event for load in and set up (same day or day prior, depending on distance to venue)
Access to venue for 1.5 hours immediately following event for take down and load out
Payment should be made to "Phillip Ferrier" and paid at time of performance unless other arrangements made via written invoice
The client is responsible for replacement of all equipment in the event of fire, proven theft, riot, or any damaging occurrence other than normal wear and tear or damage by representatives of Elevation Sound
Events more than a two hour drive will incur additional fees to cover travel expenses
Overtime will be charged at $100 per hour when requested and can be accommodated with payment due immediately
Only guests or performers listed ahead of time will have access to microphones (please provide names of any speakers, presenters, or performers)
DJ/emcee/engineer or crew reserve the right to deny any guest access to the equipment/work area, stop the event if the safety of equipment or staff are at risk, or ask a guest to be removed if they are inhibiting the ability to perform their job effectively
